Their combined 51 years of experience and insight in the title insurance business allowed them to recognize the substantial differences in the coverages, protections and cost between individual title companies, even though the title industry is somewhat regulated by the Colorado Division of Insurance.

Garry's career in the title insurance business spans 44 years, starting in 1974 as a salesperson with Security Title Guaranty Co. located in Denver, Colorado. In the years that followed, he learned through first-hand experience the many different aspects of the title business ranging from sales, management, corporate acquisitions/ expansions, as well as, regulatory and legislative matters. His experience and expertise assisted Security Title Guaranty Co. to become a dominate market player in Colorado. In 1997 he joined Security Title's holding company, known as Mercury Companies, to further use his abilities in growing the Mercury's subsidiary title companies (i.e., Security Title, Heritage Title Company, Title America, United Title of New Mexico, Alliance Title, Financial Title, Guaranty Title Agency of Arizona and Arizona Title Agency) presence in Colorado, California, New Mexico and Arizona. Garry retired from the Mercury Companies after 30 years of service in 2004.
In 2005, LandAmerica recruited Garry as the Colorado State Manager for their operating brands of Transnation Title, Lawyer's Title and Commonwealth Land Title; where he successfully created and implemented a statewide consolidated corporate presence of one title company, under the national name brand of LandAmerica.
In 2006, Garry founded TISERVICES, LLC., a title insurance consulting and services provider that also develops online title insurance and closing resource tools for title companies, real estate professionals and consumers.
Garry was a former member of the Colorado Title Advisory Council, Interprofessional Committee and 2001-06 Director & 2005 President of the Land Title Association of Colorado.
Garry's experience and expertise incorporates a strong consumer perspective after realizing the need for consumers to become more knowledgeable about title insurance. Garry was a member of the Colorado Housing Counseling Coalition (CHCC) and the Colorado Division of Insurance Consumer Insurance Council (CIC). As a consumer advocate, Garry participated as a Division of Insurance working group member during 2015-2016 to revise Colorado Title Insurance Regulation 3-5-1 into Regulations 8-1-1, 8-1-2, 8-1-3, 8-1-4 & 8-1-5. To further help educate consumers, Garry helped in the 2015 legislative creation of Colorado's Title Insurance Commission that includes 3 at-large public members.
Nick Wolff joined TISERVICES in May of 2007, bringing with him hands on experience from the real estate and lending industries. Since joining TISERVICES, Nick has interjected his knowledge and skills into the further enhancements of CompareTitleCompanies.com (formerly myTitleIns.com).
Nick began his career in the mortgage lending industry with Wachovia (formerly World Savings) as a Mortgage Loan Consultant. In 2005, while employed with Wachovia, Nick earned recognition as a top mortgage producer, inducting him into Wachovia's "Circle of Excellence". The interconnection of mortgage lending and real estate sales prompted Nick to become a licensed Colorado Realtor® in 2005. By surrounding himself in these two industries, Nick has gained an overwhelming amount of knowledge in understanding the real estate process from multiple points of view.
Nick earned his bachelors degree in Technical Journalism with an emphasis in Public Relations from Colorado State University.
